Global Law Firm is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Business Development Manager to support the Corporate, Tax, and Financial Services groups. In this high‑visibility role, you’ll partner with practice leaders and a global Marketing & BD team to drive strategy, implement initiatives, and elevate the firm’s market presence.
What You’ll Do- Develop & execute strategic BD plans for assigned practice groups
- Identify market opportunities using research & analytics
- Partner with attorneys on business generation initiatives
- Manage budgets, track results & report on BD effectiveness
- Support cross‑practice, industry, and client‑team efforts
- Oversee thought leadership, CLE programs & events
- Prepare rankings submissions (e.g., Chambers) & marketing collateral
- Guide lateral integration & coach lawyers on BD goals
- 3+ years BD/marketing experience in professional services; law firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, writing & project‑management skills
- Proven initiative, leadership & ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint & Excel;
Salesforce a plus - High energy, creativity & a strong client‑service orientation
