What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
  • Lead customer conversations to establish value, create demand, and address concerns
  • Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting and inventory levels
  • Drive, grow, and track sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics
  • Present new product innovations and negotiate customer-specific programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2+ years industrial sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or professional selling
  • Knowledge in safety products
  • Previous experience with a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
