* * is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by.

But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

The Executive Director, Partnerships will be responsible for leveraging these powerful brands and this flexible business model to create mutually productive partnerships with noteworthy brands and synergistic business models.

This role requires a seasoned executive who combines strategic vision, a vast network of contacts, and a courageous ability to take initiative in creating innovative strategic opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader with deep experience in creating partnerships and opening doors that will create opportunities to expand distribution of the BODi product line, unlocking significant value by creating transformational opportunities.
** Partnership Strategy & Development
*** Define and lead the organization’s overarching partnership strategy to advance growth, innovation, and audience reach
* Identify, engage, and structure strategic partnerships that align with our objectives and deliver measurable business impact for all parties
* Lead the development and execution of strategic business partnerships within the nutrition and dietary supplements sector, leveraging industry expertise to identify, negotiate, and scale high-impact collaborations with retailers, wellness brands, and key organizations
* Build and strengthen relationships with MVPDs, OTT platforms, content programmers, and digital distribution partners
* Lead negotiations for licensing, distribution, and/or long-term collaboration agreements, ensuring mutual value creation
* Oversee the governance and performance of existing partnerships, including revenue collection and distribution, renewals, contract management, and partner satisfaction
* Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for evaluating, onboarding, and managing key partners
* Partner with BODi’s executive leadership to assess white-space opportunities and define partnership priorities across business lines
** Performance & Optimization
*** Generate quick velocity to forge early wins that demonstrate the potential for partnerships with BODi
* Oversee performance of the partnership portfolio to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive partner integration success across content, product, and marketing initiatives
* Establish and track KPIs, financial models, and ROI metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
* Anticipate shifts in the media and technology landscape, evolving partnership approaches to maintain competitive advantage
* Provide strategic input into pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies that support partnership objectives
** Cross-Functional Leadership
*** Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on emerging partnership trends and opportunities
* Translate high-level partnership goals into actionable operational plans across internal teams
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence before making commitments and throughout partnership execution
* Present partnership performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
** Market Intelligence & Strategic Consulting
