We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to build strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth.

• Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement actions where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requirements.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ client servicing or account management experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
