We are looking for a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager who understands the unique nuances of the apartment industry and can navigate complex sales cycles with property managers and owners.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of Watchtower Security in your territory. You will drive new client acquisition by identifying opportunities, conducting on-site property assessments, and closing deals that make a tangible difference in community safety.
What You’ll Do:- Drive Multi-Family Growth: Proactively identify and develop new leads through strategic outreach and networking within the apartment sector.
- Tailored Surveillance Solutions: Conduct thorough property assessments (virtual and on-site) to propose custom surveillance strategies that meet the specific needs of multi‑family assets.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong ties with key stakeholders, including Property Managers, Apartment Associations, and Law Enforcement.
- Industry Presence: Represent Watchtower at Apartment Association events and trade shows, serving as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
- Manage the Lifecycle: Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and virtual demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Industry Expertise: 3‑5 years of proven B2B sales experience. Candidates with a background in Multifamily Housing, property management services, or surveillance technology are highly preferred.
- Proven Results: A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Excellence: The ability to articulate complex surveillance solutions clearly and persuasively to property owners and stakeholders.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Connect Wise experience is a significant plus) and Google Workspace.
- Road Warrior Spirit: Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory and flexibility for after‑hours attendance at industry events.
