Sales Setter

Overview

AP22 is a boutique AI agency building artificial intelligence systems that automate repetitive, time consuming tasks inside small businesses. We create AI employees that run operations with full consistency, giving business owners clarity and hours of their week back.

This role is focussed on creating customer service AI agents. We are growing and looking for a reliable, structured, and thoughtful Sales Setter to help us open conversations and schedule calls with potential clients.

You will work directly with the founder and help start conversations with business owners who could benefit from AI automation.

• Reach out to potential clients through Linked In, whatsapp, social media and email
• Work from curated outbound lead lists (Apollo and Linked In)
• Start authentic, non pushy conversations with business owners
• Ask a few qualification questions (we provide everything)
• Schedule discovery calls once someone is a good fit
• Keep track of conversations and responses
• This is not an aggressive outbound role as our approach is human, respectful, and strategic.

• The opportunity to grow into a hybrid role (setter + closer)

• This role is fully commission based.
• 10 percent commission on every deal you set that gets closed
• 5 percent recurring commission on monthly retainers for 6 months
• Our projects typically range from €800 to €2400 for the setup, plus monthly retainers. Strong setters can build meaningful income by consistently booking qualified calls.

• You communicate clearly and confidently
• You are reliable, structured, and consistent
• You are comfortable with outbound outreach
• Experience with cold outreach is preferred*
• You enjoy speaking with entrepreneurs
• You are curious about artificial intelligence and automation
