Job Summary
Positions in this sub‑family are responsible for identifying internal and external strategic issues and opportunities that could affect growth and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities- Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating cross‑business unit initiatives
- Evaluating and financial modeling of potential merger, acquisition, divestment, partnership, and joint venture opportunities
- Monitoring medium to long‑term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership
- Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies
- Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights
- Prioritizing and tracking investments across new product development initiatives
- Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
- Developing, monitoring, and collaborating with leadership in establishing strategic direction and objectives and creating long‑term strategic and business development plans
- Supporting the development of recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements
- Identifying and reviewing industry and market trends; analyzing and applying this information in development of strategies for market segments
- Assessing metrics to gauge the success of new strategies
- Advanced education and work experience in the job area
- Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education and work experience
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Ability to work 1st shift in United States of America
The annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000.
