Accurately maintain records such as accounts, seasonal passes, daily admissions attendance log and prepare daily deposits and reports as needed.
Answer phone and answer questions from public.
Administers basic first aid as needed and fills out proper forms as required
Ensures that all rules, regulations, and safety practices are properly enforced in a positive and professional manner
Participates in continuing education and in-service training programs for all admission staff
Maintains the appearance of the River Rapids Waterpark by cleaning all areas and maintaining all equipment as needed
Project a positive and professional image and attitude with patrons and staff
Will work all scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
Completes all items on shift and weekly checklists with accuracy.
Sells and promote the Water Park and YMCA to guests.
Balancing the shift activity and entering daily shift information with 100% accuracy in Amilia, and balancing the cash drawers.
Accurately completing all sales in Amilia, and understanding of the system.
Assist with admissions office with inventory, paperwork, organization as needed.
Provide quality guest service at all times.
Provide all guests with accurate information concerning all programs and activities.
Work with all staff members as a team player.

Must be at least 16 years old. Previous experience in cash handling and reporting, shift balancing and retail sales preferred. Full Compensation Package (when applicable): 403(b) Retirement Savings Retirement fund of 12% per pay period after completing 1,000 hours of service during any two 12-month periods.
