Job Overview
Responsible for all aspects of technical products including oversight and planning of development, management of Product Owners designated to support products. Subject matter expert on services and product offerings aligned to the strategic goals of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management (60%): Leads a team of product owners, oversees product roadmap, communicates development progress, translates AI opportunities into product roadmaps, prioritizes features, works with stakeholders to align with business strategies.
- People Management (20%): Directs and manages team, provides coaching and mentoring, conducts hiring and performance reviews, ensures employee training and recognition.
- Proposals & Presentations (20%): Assists account team with sales by presenting demos and proposals, responds to RFP technical questions, qualifies technology platforms, facilitates best‑practice sharing.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience analyzing and managing product roadmaps.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with data scientists and engineers/developers.
- Desire to innovate, develop new ideas independently and with a team, and execute with minimal direction.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet regular deadlines.
- Comfort with AI‑assisted tools, critical thinking on AI outputs, current knowledge of AI best practices, and clear communication of AI‑assisted work.
Hybrid role based in Fenton, MO (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Occasional travel several times a year.
