On-Campus Student Advocate (University of Missouri, 2029 Graduate) - Mission Pet Health

Join Mission Pet Health as an on‑campus student advocate. You will help connect students, faculty, and clubs with the organization, promote career opportunities, and manage campus events.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Mission Pet Health and the university’s students, faculty, and student organizations.
• Promote awareness and participation in DVM student programs through networking, email outreach, and attending meetings.
• Organize at least one engagement event per semester (e.g., lunch & learn, meet‑and‑greet) managing all logistics.
• Share information about externships, job openings, and career paths within the Mission Pet Health network.
• Inform the team about campus events, job fairs, and visits; help promote the organization’s presence.
• Complete at least one clinical rotation at a Mission Pet Health hospital within the first year.
• Support social media by providing monthly content such as photos or stories of student events.

• Current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd‑year veterinary student.
• Active engagement in the school community and veterinary student clubs.
• Not employed by another veterinary group as a student representative.
