We're seeking an analytical and ambitious Business Analyst Intern to join our Business Applications Department. This is a Hybrid role, requiring office presence in San Jose, CA, and reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders from GTM Sales, Marketing, Partner teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Zscaler Selling motions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment.
• Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of business systems in the area of sales, partners and marketing. Build process flows and documentation for identifying these processes.
• Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Motivated self‑starter with a clear passion for innovation and technology.
