** Job Description
** The Associate Manager, Non-Attorney Represented Bodily Injury is responsible for delivering an exceptional agent and customer experience through efficient, high-quality chat-based claims and inquiry support. This role leads a team of approximately 10–15 adjusters and/or vendor partners, driving performance through coaching, engagement, and accountability to achieve consistent, high-quality claim outcomes.
This leader plays a critical role in executing operational strategies that support Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and enterprise business objectives. The Associate Manager develops and implements performance strategies that enhance team effectiveness, ensure compliance with claim handling standards, and drive the expert execution of processes across a fast-paced, service-focused environment.###
Key Responsibilities
• Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert
• Manages and oversees performance of vendors
• Oversees response to highly complex arbitrations contentions
• Oversees the negotiation of highly complex claim settlements
• Oversees the resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues
• Analyzes unit reports and supports the achievement of business unit objectives
• Defines, analyzes, and tracks department, section, and/or unit measures
• Reviews employee work quality and interactions with customers through conducting ride-alongs or sit-alongs and file reviews

** Compensation
* * Base compensation offered for this role is:
Team Lead I: $68,500.00 -- $ Team Lead II: $70,100.00 -- $ Associate Manager: $80,000.00 -- $ Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
