Senior Operational​/Supply Chain Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational and Supply Chain Leader to drive critical initiatives for a medical device manufacturing organization. This role will lead the Net Suite ERP implementation across financial, operational, and quality phases while ensuring seamless supply chain operations from components to finished goods. The position requires 5 days onsite in Menlo Park, CA.

• Lead Net Suite ERP implementation (Phase 1: Financial & Operations; Phase 2: Quality & Optimization).
• Ensure accurate control and traceability of part components through finished goods within a regulated medical device environment, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Ensure FDA, ISO and other regulatory compliance and operational readiness for commercialization.
• Manage system integration and process optimization during organizational separation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, finance and quality teams to ensure ERP adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or a related field.
• Expertise in medical device manufacturing and regulated environments.
• Proven track record in Net Suite ERP implementation, including go‑live leadership.
• Strong operational leadership background; engineering experience is a plus.

• Work arrangement: hybrid, remote, onsite.
• Compensation: $90/hr - $110/hr.
