  • Experience implementing and supporting print management platforms (for example, Paper Cut, Uni Flow, Printer Logic) and Raster Image Processors (RIPs) to enable efficient print job flow.
  • Experience with core networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN configuration, and firewall management in corporate IT environments.
  • A comprehensive understanding of PCI/PII compliance and data security.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience with AC/DC electrical tools & applications to troubleshoot and maintain industry‑scale production machines and componentry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Recommended experience:
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting complex production hardware in a print or mail operations environment with IP5000, HP roll‑to‑roll printers, and Ricoh cut sheet printers.
  • Experience with secure printing implementations in regulated environments (such as financial services, healthcare, or government).
  • Experience with scripting or automation (such as Power Shell or Python) to streamline print and network administration tasks.
