Newbury Park, CA

Full Time

$25 Per Hour

Weekdays

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate with our Management Team with Staff Training and Continuing Education

  • Manage all internal devices:
    Ensuring their placement
  • Manage and maintain company device records
  • Assist Van Fleet Coordination:
    Ensure Safety and training compliance with staff who operate our Vans
  • Manage annual audits
  • Coordinate insurance claims
Who We’re Looking For
  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent writing, record keeping and communication skills.
  • Can work proficiently on a deadline.
  • Someone who is familiar with all types of tablets and laptops.
  • Familiarity with fleet management.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims management.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and attention to detail.
