As an Operations Coordinator at our Matthews, MO site, you will be responsible for supporting the business in a variety of areas such as Grower Accounting, Field Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and/or other areas defined by site Leadership. This is an in‑office position, and will be reporting to the site Unit Lead.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Assists staff in clerical activities for daily operation;
- Participates in community events representing the site;
- Enters and validates information into computer/data systems;
- Assists with the onboarding/offboarding of site employees;
- Reviews and processes Freight payments, Elevator payments, VAC payments, Bulk shipments, etc.;
- Follows and communicates payroll policies and performs audits to ensure policies are adhered to;
- Support site initiatives and production system improvements;
- Assists with grower pricing, maintains contract/grower vendor data in SAP and inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations;
- Learns the site Accounts Payable process and completes payments to Vendors;
- Supports the site expense management program and assists site employees on expense reports;
- Involved with Production Orders, Inventory Management, and SAP data entering.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization and Prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of manufacturing and/or desire to learn agriculture operations.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to rapidly connect and analyze data.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a precise and actionable manner.
- Associates/Bachelors Degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
This posting will expire on July 1st, 2026.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of $50400.00 - $75600.00 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
