Compensation: $195,000 – $215,000 base + bonus + stock options
We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join a fast‑growing organization in the medical device industry

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Lead annual revenue planning, pipeline development, and forecasting to align with company growth goals
- Partner with executive leadership on sales strategy, territory design, and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Support product launches with sales process optimization and field readiness planning
- Monitor performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive profitability
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews to track progress and adjust sales execution plans
Sales Operations & Enablement
- Collaborate with HR and sales leadership on headcount planning, hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation
- Work with finance on commission planning, incentive programs, and quota setting
- Provide tools, training, and enablement content to drive adoption of best practices within the sales team
- Lead implementation and optimization of CRM, reporting, and analytics platforms (Salesforce, BI tools, etc.)
- Ensure operational excellence by improving workflows, sales reporting, and cross‑functional processes
Data, Analytics & Compliance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for forecasting accuracy, territory performance, and sales productivity
- Conduct account segmentation and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to pricing, contracting, and healthcare regulations
- Drive insights that translate into actionable strategies for sales leadership and field teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or business operations (medical device or healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and scale sales organizations across multiple regions
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM systems, business intelligence platforms, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated success in process optimization, forecasting, and incentive design
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Base salary: $195,000 – $215,000
