JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage own portfolio, including international key accounts, in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations.
- Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.
- Identify sales opportunities to grow existing relationships (saturation)
- Oversee day‑to‑day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
- Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies
- Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement
- Actively participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
- Work closely with the back office team dedicated to international key accounts
- You have a minimum 5 years of proven experience in client‑facing roles within the financial service industry. Ideally in credit insurance or factoring.
- You are an assertive, result driven team player.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with decision‑makers;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English or French
- Master’s degree in finance, business administration or economics is preferred
