Operations Processor – PSA Autograph Partnerships Programs (Hourly, on‑site, Santa Ana, CA).

• Organize and catalog incoming submissions for PSA Autograph Series signings and related programs.
• Work hands‑on with order processing across the PSA operational flow.
• Resolve Problem Orders for Autograph Series signings before each signing date.
• Perform routine audits and real‑time inventory checks throughout signing campaign life cycles.
• Develop and scale inventory tracking processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Prepare submitted items for premium execution on signing day.
• Assist on Autograph Series signing days, ensuring quality flow.
• Own the post‑signing process and ensure smooth inventory flow in PSA operations.
• Perform other operational duties across PSA Autograph partnered programs as needed.
