We're looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships and factory execution. You’ll own a portfolio of PCBA programs for the full lifecycle, from NPI to mass production — keeping builds on track, yield metrics visible, and customers informed. This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability role with direct customer exposure from day one.
What You’ll Do- Own day‑to‑day customer communication across AM/PM syncs, weekly reviews, and escalations.
- Drive build readiness — coordinating engineering, test, supply chain, and manufacturing to hit build milestones.
- Prepare and deliver program status including yield data; lead corrective action discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Manage work orders, BOM deployments, and change orders through Agile, JIRA, Townsend, and Fusion.
- Monitor WIP on the production floor and help clear blockers.
- Partner with supply chain to maintain material flow and resolve disruptions before they impact schedules.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives—this is an emerging business area at Hyve, and you’ll have the opportunity to help structure the foundation of our management systems and processes as we grow this business.
- 5+ years of program or product management experience; electronics or PCBA manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of change management and execution systems (Agile PLM, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to condense complex technical and operational status into clear slides or concise verbal updates.
- Experience managing hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise customer programs is a strong plus.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse personnel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook), including building executive‑ready status reporting.
- Excel proficiency including pivot tables; able to build and own reporting.
Salary: $69,000-$109,000K DOE
