Compensation
$39,150 - $68,935 (actual base salary varies by qualifications, experience, and location)
Responsibilities- Manage the video, photo, and art process—including trafficking and obtaining approvals internally and externally.
- Maintain and distribute approved creative assets to internal departments and external partners.
- Source new creative talent (directors, photographers, production companies, designers, stylists, hair and makeup professionals) while maintaining an internal talent database.
- Oversee execution of time‑sensitive production invoices and payments to vendors, artist or management teams, and joint‑venture label partners.
- Archive final approved assets and associated hard drives/files.
- Adapt contracts within the department for art, photo, music video, and miscellaneous content.
- Maintain appointment schedules, planner updates, and notifications.
- Coordinate general behind‑the‑scenes/b‑roll/misc content shoot needs to free senior team members.
- Turn around projects on tight deadlines and maintain project trackers across the artist roster (contract, invoice, asset, general updates).
- Assist with administrative duties, including coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- General Adobe expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Familiarity with Lightroom and Capture One is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget organization.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional eye for detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships, take direction, and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow‑up abilities.
- Self‑starter capable of prioritizing, organizing, and establishing administrative procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high‑level executives.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to develop solutions quickly and calmly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
