In addition to identifying recovery opportunities, the Value Realization Analyst supports future contract strategy, benchmarking, specialty RFP initiatives and the continued development of TAG's IQ services. This is a highly analytical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and helping shape new service offerings.
- Review supplier and GPO agreements to validate pricing, rebates, freight, eligibility, and other contractual commitments.
- Identify pricing discrepancies, missed rebates, recovery opportunities, and future savings opportunities through detailed data analysis.
- Perform benchmarking, net‑cost analysis, and other financial evaluations to support client recommendations.
- Prepare client‑facing analyses and recommendations.
- Support contract strategy, specialty RFP initiatives, and supplier negotiations.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource for Value Realization engagements, client demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Maintain contract, supplier, pricing, rebate, and benchmark data supporting TAG's Value Realization platform.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
- Support ongoing process improvement across Value Realization services.
- Team members with experience or deeper interest in healthcare supply chain, procurement, contracting, pricing, rebates, or GPO programs.
- Individuals who enjoy analytical problem solving and working with large datasets.
- Those interested in helping build and expand one of TAG's strategic service offerings.
TAG's IQ function helps healthcare organizations maximize the financial value of their supplier relationships through contract intelligence, rebate optimization, benchmarking, pricing validation, specialty RFP support, and advanced analytics. The team partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Insights to deliver measurable financial outcomes while continuing to expand TAG's technology‑enabled service offerings.
Applying for this role is optional and not an expectation for career progression at TAG.
