Senior Sanctions Screening & Trade Compliance Analyst

• Assist in maintaining governance and standard operating procedures for the Verified Purchaser Program (VPP)

• Support the continuous improvement of risk-based screening standards and decision frameworks

• Enforce and execute screening procedures to assess and support disposition denied party screening alerts

• Apply grey market mitigation red flag logic and support development of procedures

• Support complex internal and external escalations related to screening outcomes and VPP decisions

• Partner with IT and analytics teams to define data requirements and optimize screening tools and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, legal/compliance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of experience in export controls and trade compliance
• Working familiarity with U.S. and non-U.S. export controls and sanctions
• Strong procedure drafting and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
