- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience with data analysis, including agreement structures, scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizing, SQL, or spreadsheet analysis
- 2 years of experience in presentation (owning content outline, slide creation, and delivery to executive audiences)
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional partners
- 4 years of experience in agencies, top publishers, or managing digital marketing relationships with customers or agencies
- Experience in externally facing consulting, business strategy, sales roles, or directly supporting externally facing teams with sales ops or sales strategy
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360
- Understanding of the You Tube ecosystem and products of ad sales business models and creator/partner ecosystems
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
As a member of the You Tube Business Product Activation team, you will be responsible for bringing products to market and the market to product. You will work closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of You Tube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. Your core capabilities will include identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding the needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, and tracking performance.
Keyresponsibilities
- Set the go-to-market strategy, including influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders, and drive execution on product and business priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with Content Partnerships, Product Managers, Finance, and more to shape Partner Sales product strategy, craft go-to-market strategies, develop communications for new products, and synthesize global market feedback.
- Develop insights reports that highlight the top user and partner issues and business opportunities that Product should prioritize.
- Deliver C-level presentations for major program updates or decision points, supporting critical product launches, agreements evaluation, and internal approval processes.
- Program manage, including leading cross-functional working groups and instituting processes to track and optimize key projects.
US: $124,000 - $178,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
