We’re looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our Employee Experience Team at our corporate office in Maryland Heights, MO.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, loves organization, and takes pride in being the go-to person for learning, onboarding, and training support. What Will You Do?

You’ll play a key role in keeping CTI’s employee training and onboarding experience organized, on track, and running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused role where strong coordination and attention to detail make all the difference.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Coordinate and schedule training sessions, onboarding activities, and company learning events

Track employee participation, course progress, and completion details

Support end-to-end new hire onboarding coordination to ensure a great first experience

Communicate with employees, trainers, and managers to keep everything aligned and on schedule

Maintain and update CTI‑U (our learning portal), ensuring content is organized and accessible

Assist employees with questions, access issues, and general training support

You’ll also:

Help create and update training materials, including light video editing

Support training sessions and serve as a backup for new hire orientations

Generate basic reports on training activity and completion

Jump in on team projects and lend a hand wherever needed—because that’s how we roll

Does Experience Count?

Yes—but attitude and aptitude matter just as much.

What we’re really looking for:1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules

High attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss Experience coordinating events, schedules, or group activities is a big plus Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

Exposure to training, onboarding, or LMS tools is helpful (but not required)
Basic video editing experience (even personal or school projects is okay!)Strong communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help
