- Operate 18‑wheel tractor‑trailers (dry van and flatbed) for local deliveries between the warehouse, job sites, and vendors.
- Safely load, secure, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on vehicles and trailers.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, project managers, and field teams to support material delivery schedules.
- Assist with occasional rigging, load tie‑downs, and equipment handling as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation laws.
- 10+ years of commercial driving experience, in various terrains – on road and off road. (preferably in construction, logistics, or material supply industries)
- 10+ years of experience hauling flatbeds and dry vans under varying load conditions, including active construction project sites.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, weight limits, and cargo securement requirements.
- Reliable, safety‑conscious, and self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Class A CDL license required.
