Catering Ops & AI Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Own Dasher quality for catering by ensuring on-time arrival, accurate drop-off and setup, and a clean handoff.
• Identify the right logistics model for catering deliveries through testing different approaches.
• Investigate individual deliveries with Dashers and customers to trace breakdowns and implement fixes.
• Utilize AI to build automated workflows that identify breakdowns in catering deliveries.
• Influence the product roadmap by translating ground-level insights into product and operational recommendations.

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, management consulting, or a high-growth marketplace environment.
• Track record of owning operational problems end-to-end—from diagnosis to testing to rollout.
• Comfortable building from scratch in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Analytically strong: proficient in SQL, fluent with data, able to identify root causes.
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to automate workflows and surface insights.
• Clear and influential communication skills for diverse audiences.
