Our client seeks a seasoned Executive Strategy Consultant to operate as a trusted advisor and Chief of Staff within a large enterprise Shared Services PMO. The consultant will assess the current operating model, streamline executive reporting, coach delivery leaders, and implement scalable process improvements that elevate organizational maturity. This role focuses on improving how projects are delivered by simplifying governance, reducing operational complexity, and enabling sustainable transformation across a matrixed environment.

Rate: $100.00 to $90.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to senior PMO leadership on priorities and operational improvements.
- Assess the PMO operating model and recommend changes aligned to business objectives.
- Evaluate governance, delivery processes, reporting structures, and workflows to drive simplification and efficiency.
- Develop standardized executive dashboards, reporting templates, and presentation materials.
- Translate complex updates into concise executive-level communications.
- Coach program managers and delivery leaders on executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead change initiatives that improve collaboration, governance, and accountability while securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Eliminate redundant processes, reduce administrative overhead, and implement scalable, standardized practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for reporting, communications, and PMO operations.
- Provide guidance across system layers including data sourcing, applications, interfaces, and automated solutions.
- 10+ years in management consulting, PMO transformation, organizational strategy, operational excellence, or enterprise change management.
- Proven advisory experience with executive leadership in large enterprise environments.
- Success leading organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated skill simplifying complex information into concise executive messaging.
- Change leadership with influence without direct authority.
- Experience coaching leaders on communication and organizational effectiveness.
- Self-directed with capacity to assess, recommend, and execute in fast-paced settings.
- Background at top-tier consulting firms, Chief of Staff or Strategy roles, and PMO maturity initiatives preferred.
- Telecommunications or large enterprise experience preferred; AI enablement and M&A integration exposure is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
