Associate, Global Ads GTM Strategy, Operations

• Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation.
• Manage our GTM motion (from planning to testing to launch), ensuring cross functional teams are delivering against critical activities and deliverables for our most important launches
• Identify pain points or other inefficiencies in our GTM motion and develop solutions.
• Drive solutions home via coordinated change management efforts.
• Excitement to learn about all areas of Snap’s digital ads business and constant desire to question and improve the status quo

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, product ops, or strategy & ops role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences
• Project management and / or process design experience
• Strategic mindset to tackle ambiguous problems in structured ways
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and driving/influencing change
• Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders
