Manager, Marketing Planning and Strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for outlook and actuals reporting
• Support the team during annual planning, quarterly close processes and other strategic initiatives
• Drive data integrity and governance standards across global marketing
• Lead financial reporting adjustments and historical data restatements
• Track and update spend reports and executive decks
• Partner with the Functional Strategy & Planning and Finance & Strategy teams to manage budget execution
• Serve as a key insights resource for business partners within marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Strategy, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations
• Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Analytics)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution
• Knowledge of GAAP based accounting recognition policies preferred
