Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of convention center connectivity services across assigned venues
• Lead multi-site operational teams through event planning, execution, and post-event reviews
• Oversee order management, network changes, and service delivery performance
• Partner with Network Operations to ensure network availability and reliability
• Support sales activities including training, proposals, and offer development
• Serve as the executive escalation point for convention organizers and customers
• Drive service improvements, operational standards, and incident management processes
• Manage relationships with convention centers, exhibitors, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Own P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability

Skills/Must Have:

• 12+ years of experience within wireless technology, networking, or convention services environments
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and wired IP networking solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, mission-critical service delivery operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience balancing service quality, operational risk, and financial performance

Salary:

• $145,000 - $175,000 base salary + annual bonus.
