The position is responsible for the comprehensive management, investigation, collection, and timely resolution of all commercial account discrepancies. This includes accessorial charges (detention and demurrage) for the Oils business, as well as short payments (deductions) and over payments (disputes) for all customer accounts. The Commercial Account Resolution Analyst acts as a critical liaison between customers and various internal Bunge teams, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of all outstanding items while adhering to key metric targets and Bunge's SOX policies.
