Job DescriptionDuties
- Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs of project finances (to include furniture and appliances), development, and construction.
- Reviews Executive Homes Six-year Plan and Quarterly Cost Reports for accuracy and submits forms in accordance with established guidelines.
- Prepares and presents effective, accurate, and complete briefings, information, and correspondence in relation to the budget.
- Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for day-to-day management of contracts supporting housing functions as required or appointed.
- Represents the organization in installation level meetings and/or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
Requirements Conditions of employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the employee drive a motor vehicle. An appropriate, valid driver's license is required and must be maintained for the position.
- The position requires that the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5
CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually. - This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
- This position is an inclement weather essential position and the incumbent is expected to make every attempt to report for duty on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions.
- Position may require after hours call-back for emergencies.

One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Performing housing inspections to determine family housing conditions;
2) Overseeing a housing database;
3) Providing oversight on restoration and modernization of family housing; and
