Requirements
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercialization, business development, growth strategy, operating model design, consulting, healthcare services, enterprise transformation, sales strategy, financial management, or program leadership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth understanding of healthcare services, health plan operations, enterprise technology, shared services, transformation, or client-facing delivery models
- Ability to develop executive-ready business cases, recommendations, roadmaps, governance materials, and decision documents
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business operations
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and drive alignment
- Experience managing external clients, strategic partnerships, client-facing opportunities, commercial proposals, capability development, or enterprise growth initiatives
- Financial and commercial acumen, including revenue, cost, scope, feasibility, risk, and enterprise value assessment
