You will use your experience owning business, revenue, or sales operations functions to assess the quality of AI-generated knowledge work. Your feedback and evaluation materials will help establish more reliable standards for business operations reasoning.
- Review business and sales operations tasks and model outputs for quality
- Identify missing behaviors, shallow reasoning, flawed assumptions, and numbers that do not tie
- Write high-quality instruction specifications
- Produce golden solutions to operations problems
- Design challenging operations tasks and evaluation sets
- Collaborate with researchers and specialists to maintain consistent standards
- Provide precise, well-structured written feedback
This role requires substantial ownership of business, revenue, or sales operations work, along with the judgment to evaluate whether AI-generated answers are genuinely correct. Candidates should be able to explain their reasoning clearly in writing and recognize errors that may initially sound convincing.
- 4+ years of substantive ownership of a business, revenue, or sales operations function at a recognized organization
- Progression to a senior level such as Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Vice President, COO, or President
- Specialization in at least one relevant area: sales operations, revenue operations, CRM systems, pricing, supply chain, business analytics, or process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
- Hands-on professional use of large language models
- Excellent written communication and precise feedback skills
- Ability to distinguish well-reasoned answers from plausible-sounding incorrect answers
- Current residence in the Bay Area, California
- Ability to work on-site multiple days per week
The listed compensation range is $60 to $100 per hour, depending on the applicable rate for the engagement. This is a contractor opportunity with a listed minimum commitment of 20 or more hours per week.
