Join a Team Where Your Ideas Actually Matter
Are you a Senior Agile Business Analyst who loves turning complex business needs into solutions that actually work? Our client partner is looking for a talented, collaborative Business Analyst to join a phenomenal team at a great company in the Greater St. Louis area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and knows how to bridge the gap between business teams and technology.
You won't just be gathering requirements and writing documentation. You'll be helping shape solutions, influencing outcomes, and making sure technology delivers real business value.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support CRM-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and scenarios
- Coordinate with business users during UAT and help validate solutions before production release
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help ensure delivered solutions meet both business requirements and user expectations
- Business Analysis experience in a software development environment
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Experience working with CRM platforms and/or CRM implementations
- Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
This isn't just another Business Analyst position.
You'll be joining a phenomenal team where collaboration, innovation, and doing great work are genuinely valued. You'll have visibility with stakeholders, meaningful ownership of projects, and the opportunity to make an impact on how the business operates.
Hybrid flexibility. Great people. Meaningful projects. A strong technology organization.
And best of all, you'll have the opportunity to join a company that values the Business Analyst as a strategic partner, not simply someone who documents requirements.
