You won't just be gathering requirements and writing documentation. You'll be helping shape solutions, influencing outcomes, and making sure technology delivers real business value.

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support CRM-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and scenarios
• Coordinate with business users during UAT and help validate solutions before production release
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help ensure delivered solutions meet both business requirements and user expectations

• Business Analysis experience in a software development environment
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum
• Experience working with CRM platforms and/or CRM implementations
• Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
