Senior Product Management Lead

• Oversee the complete lifecycle and success of software, digital, and professional service solutions for Security and Access Solutions brands
• Lead or supervise the new product introduction process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Support strategies for new offering introductions aligned with market needs and business goals
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and service delivery teams
• Address complex customer technical and business process needs
• Benchmark products against competitors and identify differentiation opportunities
• Articulate product vision and updates
• Ensure new products are well-positioned in the market and supported with training and materials
• Maintain use case and requirements documentation
• Prepare and present project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendation reports
• Engage customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements
• Identify and resolve potential issues during the NPI phase
• Translate market data, industry trends, competitive offerings, and voice-of-customer inputs into actionable growth strategies
• Support commercial leaders in identifying sales strategies, target customers, partners, and major stakeholders for new business opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in product management, offering management, or a related role
• Experience with software and services offering
• Experience transitioning on-prem to cloud based SaaS software offerings
• Strong business case, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on customer journey and experience
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Results orientation with proven track record of successfully proposing, developing, and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (valued, not required)
• Experience in the physical security and monitoring center industries
• Experience with Agile software development methodology
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management
• Strong market research and analytical skills
