We have an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Intelligence Manager to serve as the business owner for commercial intelligence and executive decision support within the Sales organization.

This role connects customer, commercial, financial, operational, inventory, and market signals into actionable recommendations that improve business performance and decision quality.

This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Salary Range

$110,000-$150,000

What Your Day Looks Like
  • Own commercial intelligence and executive decision support for the Sales organization by translating business questions into structured analysis, clear insights, and recommended actions.
  • Connect customer, commercial, financial, operational, inventory, and market signals into integrated views of business performance.
  • Identify performance drivers, emerging risks, growth opportunities, and areas where leadership decisions are needed.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, scenario analyses, and cross-functional narratives that clarify what happened, why it happened, what matters most, and what actions should be considered.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence to align facts, assumptions, risks, and next steps.
  • Monitor key commercial indicators, including sales performance, retailer inventory and weeks-of-supply, customer feedback, financial signals, and operational constraints.
  • Use Power BI, Excel, and related analytics tools to interpret reporting outputs, pressure-test trends, and build decision-support views where needed.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and data engineering teams to improve reporting quality, data definitions, data governance, and visibility to key business drivers.
  • Lead recurring insight reviews and ad-hoc deep dives that help leadership move from reporting to action.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a concise, balanced, and business-oriented way.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, customer insights, sales operations, finance, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to commercial, financial, operational, customer, and inventory implications.
  • Experience translating complex business issues into clear, executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience with scenario planning, risk and opportunity sizing, business case development, and performance driver analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required;
    PowerPoint skills strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data models, relational databases, SQL, DAX, or similar analytics concepts preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams.
