Product Manager

• Understand the workflows, data, and constraints of users and customers served by the product area
• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with stakeholders
• Own the feedback loop and synthesize patterns into product signal
• Define and prioritize what gets built in collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders
• Make decisions on what to build, configure, defer, or treat as a product gap
• Drive rapid iteration cycles and learn from users
• Influence the broader roadmap through product and engineering collaboration
• Write specs, define success metrics, and manage delivery from kickoff to ship
• Keep GTM, Customer Support, and Operations stakeholders aligned

• 2-3+ years of experience in product management, or in a highly analytical, customer- or data-facing role (consulting, analytics, engineering, ops) with a clear product management trajectory
• Comfort operating in ambiguity: ability to scope work from an incomplete brief and move forward
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Instinct for prioritization
• Track record of shipping product work owned end-to-end

Demonstrates expertise in product management, including defining and prioritizing product features, managing delivery, and synthesizing user feedback into actionable insights. Strong communication skills facilitate collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, customer support, and operations.
