Define and execute product strategies that increase HCP activation, engagement, re-engagement, and account growth, delivering value for healthcare providers and measurable business outcomes while aligning with broader business objectives. Lead complex product initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and opportunity assessment through requirements, launch, measurement, and iteration. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and business stakeholders, driving alignment on product goals, priorities, tradeoffs, and execution.
Develop a deep understanding of healthcare providers, their needs and workflows, market dynamics, competitive trends, and business needs; use these insights to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmap priorities. Translate customer problems and business objectives into comprehensive product requirements and cross-functional roadmaps that balance near-term needs with longer-term opportunities. Define success measures and use quantitative and qualitative data, experimentation, and HCP and customer feedback to evaluate product performance, identify root causes, and continuously improve the product experience and business impact.
Navigate ambiguous and complex product problems independently, evaluating available information, anticipating risks, and making thoughtful tradeoffs to move initiatives forward. Communicate product direction, decisions, progress, risks, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and senior partners, adapting communication to different audiences and proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
Identify opportunities to responsibly apply AI and emerging technologies to improve HCP experiences, product capabilities, and team effectiveness. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and other technical teams to evaluate AI-enabled product solutions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, quality, privacy, and responsible-use considerations. Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully in day-to-day product work, including research synthesis, analysis, ideation, requirements development, and experimentation, while applying appropriate judgment and validation.
QualificationsRequired:
5+ years of related product management experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or clinical/HCP-facing products, with an understanding of prescriber workflows, clinical content, or healthcare data and the ability to build credibility with this audience. Strong product judgment and experience using customer insights, quantitative and qualitative data, and experimentation to prioritize opportunities and make product decisions.
Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams through modern product development practices to deliver complex products from discovery through launch and iteration. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex and ambiguous product problems independently, making thoughtful decisions and tradeoffs with incomplete information. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and technical complexity for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences.
Experience partnering with content/editorial teams in addition to engineering and design.
Nice to have:
Experience in a business where product engagement directly supports a monetization or advertising model. Experience developing personalized, clinical decision-support, or other data-driven product experiences.
