The Senior Electric Pricing and Policy Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of California energy policy in electric industry pricing strategy and innovation. This leadership role will involve the management of complex legal proceedings, projects and programs for designing and implementing forward-thinking rate and pricing structures that promote electrification, decarbonization, and customer equity, including the prudent interconnection of data centers.
Moreover, this position will require analytical and advisory support of Administrative Law Judges, Commissioners, and other key decision-makers. The successful candidate will embrace the tightrope act of developing advanced rates that incentivize efficient grid utilization, continued clean energy development and improved customer protections in an era of rapid electrification and technological innovation.

This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. In accordance with CPUC Telework Policy, telework arrangements are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time.
