Business Operations Associate

• Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and day-to-day support
• Improve company knowledge management, including Notion structure, governance, and documentation
• Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and scalability
• Maintain and improve workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through implementation
• Define problems, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and implement durable solutions
• Improve Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability
• Report to the Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross-functional role
• Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion
• Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills
• Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems
• High ownership and attention to detail
• Willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
• Collaborative, low‑ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams
• High-growth technology experience preferred
• Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience is a plus
• Current authorization to work in the location where the job is posted
