Director, Commercial Strategy

• Drive the commercial success and long-term growth of FOX One's strategic distribution and platform partnerships
• Define performance strategy across key partner channels
• Translate business objectives into scalable growth initiatives
• Ensure partner investments deliver subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize partner performance
• Influence roadmap priorities and identify new growth opportunities
• Own commercial performance and growth strategy for the partnership
• Set and track subscriber, paid conversion, and LTV targets
• Contribute to the overall performance scorecard for partner health and risk management
• Identify partnership growth areas including lifecycle programs, feature expansion, and offers
• Turn partnership goals into shippable initiatives
• Align offer strategies across verticals with FOX One business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and monetization strategy
• Define partner-related feature requirements, offer capabilities, and prioritization needs
• Develop presentations, partner performance summaries, business cases, and risk assessments for senior leadership
• Communicate performance trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external partners

• Typically, 10+ years' experience leading partner growth, business operations, distribution strategy, or monetization functions within a direct-to-consumer, streaming, subscription, or platform-based business
• Demonstrated success managing platform, OEM, channel, or distribution partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience evaluating partner performance, offer effectiveness, investment tradeoffs, and growth opportunities
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations within a matrixed organization
• Experience driving cross-functional execution and operational rigor across complex partner ecosystems and business initiatives
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear insights, recommendations, and materials for senior leadership and external partners
• Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position; selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement
