Project Timekeeping & Coordinator

At Guarantee Electrical, we believe our people are the foundation of everything we build. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Timekeeping & Incentive Coordinator to support one of the largest projects in the region.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate timekeeping, payroll support, and administration of multiple workforce incentive programs. You'll work closely with project leadership, accounting and field teams to help ensure employees are paid accurately and incentive programs are administered consistently and compliantly.

• Review and process field timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.
• Track and verify eligibility for per diem programs, including required documentation and qualifying workdays.
• Administer commuter allowance programs by monitoring eligibility requirements and attendance thresholds.
• Validate travel time entries, mileage reimbursement, and applicable earnings codes in accordance with project and union requirements.
• Track and maintain superintendent and assistant superintendent premium pay records.
• Monitor Labor Availability & Retention Program (LARP) eligibility and communicate incentive qualification status to payroll and project leadership.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and project reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, payroll, finance, and field supervision to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support additional project administrative and operational needs as assigned.

• Ability to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both office and field personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
• Ability to interpret and apply multiple compensation and incentive programs consistently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively address issues.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, accounting, or workforce administration processes.
• Experience working in construction, industrial, or project-based environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint or similar construction accounting/payroll systems is a plus.
• Experience working with union labor agreements, prevailing wage requirements, or incentive programs is beneficial.

This position is based primarily at the project jobsite office/trailer and requires regular interaction with active construction operations. Occasional field visits will require appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and construction site environments.
