• Analyze data from multiple sources, including but not limited to claims, prior authorization, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, trend and make recommendations to improve business processes, the provider and member experience, and to support client needs.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support Provider/Member Relations.
• Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact to operations and downstream users.
• Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that operational requirements are built into system design.
• Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections.

• Three or more years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and other software for conducting quantitative analysis.
• Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
• An influencer and team player who that motivates others to action and communicates key operational needs, potential solutions and technical ideas in a digestible way.

• Hybrid opportunity – primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements (West Sacramento, CA) for collaboration sessions and /or client meetings.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00-$85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
