We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Subscription Pricing & Strategy Director to shape the growth strategy and economics of Good Rx’s consumer subscription business. This role will serve as a senior strategic leader at the intersection of subscription strategy, pricing, analytics, and product, defining opportunities and influencing decisions across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and long-term customer value.

The Director will be expected to develop an enterprise-level perspective on the subscription business, identify the highest-value opportunities, and establish the analytical and strategic frameworks used to evaluate them. This role will tackle complex, often ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined, using customer, behavioral, financial, and market insights to develop clear points of view and guide investment and product decisions.

Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, and Design, this individual will influence strategy and priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into coordinated action. The Director will operate with significant autonomy and will be accountable for both the quality of strategic recommendations and their impact on business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical depth with strong commercial judgment and executive-level communication. They can move fluidly between long-range strategy and detailed analysis, recognize patterns and implications beyond the immediate question, and influence decisions across organizational boundaries. Experience in subscription businesses, pricing, consumer technology, or consumer health technology is highly valued.

• Set subscription growth and economic strategy:
  Develop and continuously refine strategies to accelerate subscriber growth, engagement, retention, lifetime value, and profitability. Identify structural opportunities and risks and establish clear recommendations and priorities for senior leadership.
• Shape pricing and monetization strategy:
  Partner with Pricing, Product, Finance, and Analytics leaders to define approaches to subscription pricing, packaging, promotions, benefits, and monetization. Evaluate customer response, competitive dynamics, willingness to pay, and unit economics to inform major pricing decisions.
• Lead high-impact strategic analyses:
  Independently frame and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using behavioral, financial, customer, and market data. Develop hypotheses, determine appropriate analytical approaches, synthesize findings, and translate them into consequential business recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities:
  Proactively identify opportunities across the subscription lifecycle and determine where Good Rx should invest. Size opportunities, evaluate strategic and economic tradeoffs, build business cases, and establish decision criteria and success measures.
