- deep understanding of biotech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sectors
- experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and influencing senior decision-makers
- expertise in biopharma/healthcare, proven track record in managing cross-functional strategic initiatives
- strong systems-thinking, and executive communication skills
- focus on biotech/pharma with an understanding of the external environment, portfolio, and business model
