Customs Entry Writer

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Entry Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and detail, along with exceptional communication skills.

• Prepare and process import and export documentation in compliance with U.S. customs regulations
• Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance
• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents in a paperless environment
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication
• Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments
• Process ISF entries
• Prepare basic customs entries

• Experience in customs brokerage and freight forwarding preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Share Point
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a paperless environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual preferred (Chinese and English)
