• Introduce children to the serious fun of education and play in the unique learning environment at The Little Gym.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we provide training).

• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day every week.

• Build lasting relationships with children and parents.

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Positive, high‑mood mindset; you were voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• You can balance fun with focus and hustle.

• Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
• We take our fun seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child seriously; relationships built here last a lifetime.

Hourly rate: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour.
