DescriptionPlay. Teach. Believe.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be. We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other.
And we don't need you to have experience to be one!
We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.
No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow
- Celebrate and document progress, big and small
- Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
- Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by getting your RBT Certification (nationally recognized!)

- Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
- Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
- Hours:
Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance for FTE’s
- Supercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA. Our Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in financial support to help you.
Here, you’re not just showing up for a job. You’re helping create real, lasting progress for children with autism and their families.
Bring your heart. Bring your ideas. Grow your skills, challenge what’s possible, and make an impact you can actually see.
You believe in them. We believe in you.
